Our wide range of custom-manufactured data center floor grilles and controls work together to maximize data center performance. Designed primarily to replace 600 mm square tiles in raised access floor systems, these units are suitable for both light to medium-duty installations, such as offices, and heavy-duty installations, such as computer floors. The floor grille assembly can handle supply air or extract air and can be fitted with a rear opposed-blade damper assembly for airflow volume control.

Relocating the grille to another area is simple and can be carried out by lifting and moving the entire floor grille to the desired new position.

The AIRCONSAIR Model FL heavy-duty tile replacement panel floor grille is designed to withstand light loading and foot traffic. Constructed entirely from aluminum extrusions with a reinforced frame, it combines strength with effective air distribution performance. It is ideal for general residential premises, private houses, offices, general workspaces, and elderly residences where no heavy equipment is present.
